For Hypocrites

Instant Karma's gonna get you
Gonna knock you right on the head
You better get yourself together
Pretty soon, you're gonna be dead
What in the world you thinking of
Laughing in the face of love
What on earth you tryin' to do
It's up to you, yeah you

Instant Karma's gonna get you
Gonna look you right in the face
You better get yourself together darlin'
Join the human race
How in the world you gonna see
Laughin' at fools like me
Who in the heck d'you think you are
A super star
Well, alright you are

Well we all shine on
Like the moon and the stars and the sun
Well we all shine on
Ev'ryone come on

Instant Karma's gonna get you
Gonna knock you off your feet
Better recognize your brothers
Ev'ryone you meet
Why in the world are we here?
Surely not to live in pain and fear
Why on earth are you there
When you're ev'rywhere
Come and get your share

Well we all shine on
Like the moon and the stars and the sun
Well we all shine on
Come on and on and on on
Yeah yeah alright ah ha

Wasn't John Lennon, the best at telling people off?
So many of his songs were like this.
I've a little John Lennon in me, I hate hypocrites too!
Miss you Johnny :(

Very funny thing. I've always figured if I were to marry, I'd play this in place of the wedding march. Not a bad walking down the aisle tune.

HA HA Gina, you Rock!

BTW, after coming back to this, if you read my footnote, now I understand why I had that dream last night...

Instant Karma -- makes me feel like getting up off my a** and doing something. But first, I have to wait for the toenail polish to dry. . .

Lzygrl, I'm soooo bored! No, I'm procrastinating. I have so much to do today!

Dear Sue

JL was the universal cynic. He had a sharp way with the tongue, but was a very sensitive soul.

Funny, I was singing this song a lot last week & finding situations that involved instant karma.
Especially where it involved my kids...

Thanks for visiting - it's been a while since I've been here.

Nice to see you, sorry you ended up with crappy seats compliments of thewho.com. :( I agree, the older you get, just gotta be in the first few rows. I have been in those seats, and you just can't beat them. And when you are not there, just doesn't seem as enjoyable. At least you got to see them in this mini tour, I won't be this time around. And yes, it may be the last I fear, who knows. I would love to see Rachel. And can't get there this week either. You met her, right?

well, take care, xox Grace
